Part 1: Choosing Strong Taobao Listings

Taobao’s strength is choice. Its weakness is duplication: the same style can appear in many listings at slightly different prices. USFans Taobao rows in the spreadsheet have already been filtered, but when you compare two yourself, use these signals:

• A complete size chart in centimeters, often in the detail images
• Photos for each color, so you see the exact shade
• Close-ups of fabric, stitching, zippers and soles
• Fabric details such as composition
• A focused store with consistent products

When two listings are close, the one with more information is usually worth a small premium.

Taobao Store Signals

Beyond the listing itself, look at the Taobao store as a whole. A shop that sells one category, such as denim or outerwear, with consistent photography and a stable price range usually knows its products and sizes them predictably. A shop selling unrelated items with mixed photo styles may be reselling from many sources. When the spreadsheet offers two similar rows, the one from a focused store is often the safer choice.

Taobao listings also sometimes bundle several versions of a product under one page, each with its own price. Read the option labels carefully, compare each option’s photos and follow the spreadsheet note if it recommends a particular version. Choosing the right option on the page is just as important as choosing the right listing.

Part 2: What a USFans Product Link Is

A USFans product link is a page on USFans showing a listing from an original marketplace, translated into English, with prices in your currency and every available option. It contains a reference to the original listing. The page is live, so price and stock are current, and if the seller removes the listing, the link stops working.

Converting Any URL

1. Copy the full listing URL from Taobao, 1688, Weidian or Pinduoduo.
2. Paste it into the USFans search bar.
3. USFans opens the product page.
4. Copy the clean address from your browser and save it.

If a long URL fails, remove the tracking parameters at the end. Links shared from apps often arrive wrapped in extra text; keep only the web address, or open the share text in a browser first to get it.

Platform Checks After Converting

Agent support for marketplaces can change, so if a link will not open, look for a similar row in the spreadsheet.

1. The page loads.
2. The photos match.
3. Your size and color can be selected.
4. There is a size chart or specifications.
5. The price is reasonable for your quantity.

When ordering with friends, keep one shared list containing everyone’s links, sizes, colors and the source platform for each item. Agree who checks which QC photos and how shipping will be split; dividing by weight is usually fairest.
